wow, its really true, too much of a good thing is really bad for you. i do eat meat but i don’t eat a lot. people should really pay more attention to this. you want to live longer don’t you? and you should always listen to your doctor.

Tibet has always been one of the places i’ve wanted to visit. It seems very interesting, its good that they’re opening it up.
